Achieving your health & fitness goals can sometimes seem so challenging when the number on the scale doesn’t move. I totally understand & have been there so many times!! But, seriously you are worth WAY MORE than that number! Don’t listen to the scale!
I just want you to know that you’re not alone, I felt that way half of my life. Then I started applying a couple easy weight loss tips, found out about challenge groups & I’ve lost 60 lbs & have never been in the shape like I am today. But, after losing 60 lbs, I’ve gained some weight but I know it’s all muscle because I look smaller now. So, don’t listen to the scale!
But, how do I overcome this battle? You may be feeling, “ I will never get over this number.”
