Happy Monday!!! Today’s post will be very brief, but SUPER EXCITING!! I’ve been working on an ebook with yummy & healthy recipes with my friend Sarah for the past couple of months. GREAT NEWS!!! Our ebook, Fun Fit Food, is almost ready to publish!!! We should be releasing it by the end of the week!
I’m super excited to share these amazing recipes with ya’ll that I’ve learned this year! I was overweight half my life & used to think that eating healthy was boring & miserable. After losing 60 lbs, I became obsessed with doing too much cardio & eating too little calories, while also calorie counting. After overcoming that, I wanted to share with ya’ll that eating healthy is AMAZE, super yummy, & it’ll change your life. For that reason, calories & macros are NOT included in the ebook because it is all about living a healthy & balanced life.
Just some of the tasty recipes that’ll be included in Fun Fit Food include Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Bars, Chocolate Coconut Crepes, Asian Sesame Salmon, & Healthified Pizza just to name a few. Seriously eating healthy does NOT have to be boring & it can be delicious!
