I just started a group called Healthy for the Holidays to help all of y’all avoid holiday weight gain this year. I lost 60 lbs a few years ago & have kept it off since then. I am PASSIONATE about showing you that it doesn’t have to be difficult. It’s simple. It’s easy. It’s an enjoyable life to live. You CAN avoid holiday weight gain this year with my help.
