Who can relate?! I realized I have GOT to get this winter fluff off!!! Too many indulgences and my body is like WHOA GIRL HOLD UP!! Haha.

But, anyway I seriously LOVE following the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan because I CAN  have pancakes!!!! Healthy ones of course, but they still taste AMAZEE!!! As weird as it sounds, I LOVE following these containers because I don’t have to obsess about calories and it helps me keep my portions in control. And I am SO FULL!

So anyway, to the pancake recipe you all came here for is as follows, it’s super easy!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (blended in to oat flour)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (or protein powder or choice)
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • All you do is dump the oat flour (just dump the rolled oats in your blender first to make in to flour) in to a bowl and mix in the other ingredients
  • Heat up a pan to medium-high eat
  • I use coconut oil spray to spray my pan, Trader Joes has the best kind!
  • Then measure out about 1 tbsp for each pancake
  • Cook on each side for about a minute and a half and boom done!
  • I topped mine with a few teaspoons of Chocolate PB2 mixed with almond milk (powdered PB, only 45 calories in 2 tbsp and less fat, you can buy at most all grocery stores)

Easy Protein Waffles

So ya’ll know that I was on a Shakeology pancake frenzy for a while! Now I am on an easy protein waffles frenzy & LOOVVING it!! So I wanted to share with you my simple recipe today, so you can have easy protein waffles, too!

Waffle Mixture

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp 0% nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 packets Stevia

Then just mix it all in a bowl & place in your waffle maker for easy protein waffles! For the “icing” I just used the Greek yogurt & mixed it with a tad bit of coconut milk (you can use almond) & Stevia.

You can also make easy protein waffles that are chocolate, like the ones I made this morning…

The past week I have been so inspired by some of the accounts I follow on Instagram to start experimenting in the kitchen. I was overwhelmed by the response on my pictures that people actually wanted the recipe to what I was making. I used to be terrified of cooking & never thought I could make something look so “pretty.” Since so many people have asked the recipes, I decided to do another post! icon smile Chocolate Shakeology Protein Pancakes

 Yesterday I made these delicious Chocolate Shakeology Protein Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce. They’re clean eating, delicious, & easy!  They’re very similar to my Clean Eating Banana Protein Pancakes from a few days ago. Here’s how I made them! icon smile Chocolate Shakeology Protein Pancakes

I blended the ingredients below & then poured them from my blender in to an oiled pan. Just how you would make any other pancake:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology

Then I made up a yummy strawberry sauce to top them with by blending:

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

So, there it is! My Chocolate Shakeology Protein Pancakes with Peanut Butter Cookie Dough sauce layered in between from today is very similar.

These were the same exact recipe for the Chocolate Shakeology Protein Pancakes above.

The Peanut Butter Cookie Dough sauce I made by blending:

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup natural chunky peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup stevia

I will be sharing my recipes from the past weekend later this week for my tasty spicy mustard marinade from grilling out skewers & also my Clean Eating Blueberry Compote Granola Parfait with Homemade Coconut Ice Cream.

I never actually thought of posting recipes on my blog because I don’t think of myself as a talented chef in the kitchen icon smile Clean Eating Protein Pancakes But so many of you asked me for my recipe for these clean eating banana protein pancakes.

These may not look the best, but they were so yummy in my tummy yesterday! One of my friends I met on Instagram, Samantha, makes so many amazingly delicious recipes every day that I’ve joked with her saying that I’m going to hire her to be my personal chef. icon razz Clean Eating Protein Pancakes Please check out her amazing blog with all her yummy recipes.

I used to despise cooking & when I was working full-time I really didn’t do much of it. I used to always think that cooking took forever. But, now that I only work 20 hours a week from home (or wherever), I’ve been experimenting with cooking more. I’ve realized that eating clean doesn’t have to be boring. One of my new hobbies will now be cooking icon smile Clean Eating Protein Pancakes And making these clean eating banana protein pancakes makes me want to try many more versions! I was even able to use my new yummy vanilla Shakeology in the recipe!

Vanilla Shakeology Clean Eating Protein Pancakes

So I blended the ingredients below & then poured them from my blender in to an oiled pan. Y’all know how to make pancakes icon smile Clean Eating Protein Pancakes

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

Then I randomly made up a yummy sauce to top them with by mixing:

  • 1/4 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

So, that’s it! There’s my secret recipe! Super duper easy, I don’t like complicated icon smile Clean Eating Protein Pancakes I hope you try them out & enjoy!
